Each program is led by Kenya's top coaches and athletes, combining high-performance training with the inspiration of Kenya’s iconic landscapes. Unlock your full potential and experience the unique spirit of Kenyan sports excellence.

Adventure

Train in Kenya connects international athletes and coaches with high-altitude training environments across Eldoret, Iten, Kaptagat and Ngong Hills. Every program is built around the Kenyan distance-running model: high-volume aerobic work, controlled fartlek sessions, group accountability and disciplined recovery.

Discovery

Our coaching network has produced runners on the IAAF Diamond League circuit, World Athletics Championships rosters and Olympic finals. Whether you are a club marathoner targeting a sub-3 time or a professional preparing for Berlin or London, our coaches build training blocks around your race calendar.

Mountain Biking

Altitude alone does not make a runner faster — the combination of altitude, daily group runs at honest paces, and Kenyan recovery culture does. We pair each visiting athlete with a coach matched to their event and experience level.

Adventure

Programs are flexible: short two-week introductory blocks, six- to twelve-week build phases, and longer season-long arrangements for serious athletes. Accommodation, transport and physiotherapy support can be arranged through our local partners.
